Contracting With Us

White Oak Duckpins is an SBA Certified 8(a) Program Participant.  By participating in the 8(a) program, agencies benefit from a streamlined contract award process while supporting small business contracting goals.  As an 8(a) company, White Oak Duckpins can be awarded federal government contracts of up to $4 million on a sole-source (non-competitive) basis.

Leadership

Scott Yamashita (President).  Scott brings over 20 years of contract management, operations, and management consulting experience.  His consulting platform focuses on business process re-engineering, operations research, and lean six sigma.  As a management consultant, he has improved business processes and delivered integrated technology solutions to Fortune 500 and government clients including United Technologies, the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Justice, and various components within the Department of Defense.  Furthermore, he has managed operations and P&Ls in corporate roles throughout his career.  Scott holds a Master of Science in engineering from Boston University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
